Great VA loan experience
I have had the most wonderful experience dealing with Joe Metzler on my VA home loan. I was miss lead by past companies, with the realization of how much time has passed with maybes and still no preapproval. I had gone from sick to my stomach, to feeling comfortable without all the sugar coating of maybe getting into a home loan. Joe spent 76 minutes with me over the phone initially discussing what I needed to do and what he could do for me. Wonderful part about the conversation is not once did I here" let me check with my supervisor, or can u hold, so we can transfer you to the next processor. I had received all my information in one voice, Joe Metzler. Thank you for taking your time, as well making my phone conversations personal and to the point to get my VA loan closed. I may now get these teeth fixes from all the sugar I received from other companies.

Make sure you are always using an experienced, and licensed loan officer - not just a bank application clerk.

Joe was great! Right here in St Paul
I called my bank, and I was less than excited. I then decided to check out the internet and stumbled on this site. I contacted a few people here, and again was less than excited with the people, except for Joe and Mortgages Unlimited. He is very knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. This interest rates and closing costs were right there with the big internet lenders, yet is right here in town. I'll use him again, and again, plus I'm going to tell everyone I know of my great experience with Joe and my poor experience with the banks

First and foremost, I recommended Joe and Mortgages Unlimited in St Paul MN to anyone and everyone. He exceeded every expectation I had, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with all of the answers. This was my first time buying a home and this process was made enjoyable due to his knowledge of the industry and his exceptional staff. Every time I contacted him he either answered right away or got back to me within a few minutes. This also is true for emails every time I sent an email I received a prompt response. This was dramatically different than the treatment I was initially receiving when dealing with the Loan Officer at the Realtors office who treated my like I was annoying her anytime I asked a question. My realtor make me feel like I had to use her lady, but I found out I didn't. I am soooooo happy I switched. Joe Metzler is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
