A lot of first time home buyers ask me if  buying a home is a difficult process. They are worried if they can afford the loan, how to understand all the different types of loans available, and what they can qualify for. I tell them that buying a home is easier than ever. Mortgage rates are at historic lows and even those with less than stellar credit have opportunities to get into that first one.

There are many different loan programs out there that include:

• Conventional 15  and 30 Year fixed rate mortgages:
• Jumbo/ Baloon Loans
• FHA Loans
• VA Loans
