It's Not Too Late To Close Your First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit Loan

Friday, May 21, 2010 - Article by: Brian Esquivel - Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. - Message

Lately I have seen a lot of panic amongst home buyers and real estate agents regarding the first time home buyer tax credit escrows. This is due mostly to the closing time quotes that they are receiving from other lenders. I have heard numerous banks quote a minimum of 45 days to close a loan and they are not taking new purchase loan submissions due to the upcoming deadline. DON'T WORRY. As long as you have a fully executed purchase contract dated on or before April 30th, 2010 we can still get your purchase closed by the deadline at the end of next month but time is of the essence.

We are currently only 3 business days in underwriting so give me a call, fax me your purchase contract and don't let you or your buyers tax credit slip away because of another banks backlog and slow service. Feel free to email me, Brian, at [email protected] or call me at 602-688-1339.

You can also direct your clients to my website at: http://www.bncnationalbank.com/scottsdale/besquivel to submit a secure home loan application. We will get you an answer in most cases the same business day.
