Have you experienced Medical Collections? Maxine Waters, a minority leader with the House Financial Services Committee has proposed a Bill on Friday called H.R. 1767 that states that anyone who has had a medical collection bill from their credit report that has been PAID in full, the collection should be removed from their credit report indefinitely. This could be a good Bill due to the upcoming H.R. 3590, aka as Obamacare goes into effect, when not only our health care bills are processed, but our health care payments as well. If these payments are missed, we could see a rise in medical collections on credit reports
